Interaction

Nature of student-teacher interaction and student-student interaction
The nature of student-teacher interaction in the language learning strategy changes within the lesson and over time. Sometime students are assertive, as when they are having a conversation but teacher should be position to express themselves in the focus language. Teacher should be able to provide enough opportunity to interact each other, encourage the students as per their performance with language structures used.
Building a relationship with and among students is very important. In a trusting relationship, any debilitating anxiety that students feel can be reduced, thereby helping students to stay open to the learning process. The students can learn from their interaction with each other as well as their interaction with teacher.

Teaching Profession

Teaching is not matter of just teaching to the others, it requires multiple skills to teach and to inspire the learners. I had chosen this profession not because of skill but interest in teaching to the younger one and acquired strategies to teach them through training.
I am lucky to be citizen of small country called Bhutan, the fact is that couple of opportunities were providing to upgrade our own skills mostly to the teachers. Henceforth, dedication and commitment toward the government should be first place.
